Ms. Roseman specializes in property representation and exclusive tenant representation for site selection and searches including corporate relocations. Ms. Roseman’s major clients include Kipp-Stawski Management Group, William Modell, the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association, Muss Development Co., and Haarmann & Reimer Corp., the Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York, Kinray Corporation, J. Manheimer Inc., Gallo Wine, RCN Corporation, Summit Security, Case Paper Company, International Paper Company, Forest City Ratner Companies, Aetna US Healthcare and New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. Ms. Roseman’s major projects and significant transactions, which total close to two million square feet, include the Bulova Corporate Center, Court Square Center, Gertz Office and Retail Plaza, British Airways, Chrysler Credit Corp., McDonnell Douglas (Sanus Corp.), Cunard Lines, Ltd., Chubb Services Corporation, the former St. Joseph Hospital and Koeppel Auto Group. Ms. Roseman also works closely with New York City agencies and local development corporations in maintaining and promoting incentive programs and business support, is a co-founder and was the first female Chairperson of the Long Island City Business Development Corporation, is President of the Queens Economic Development Corp., and serves on the Queens Women’s Business Center Advisory Board. She is a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Board of New York, the Commercial-Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, the Queens Chamber of Commerce and helps develop funding support for the Child Center of New York (formerly Queens Child Guidance Center) and numerous other charitable organizations. A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.S., Ms. Roseman earned her M.S. in administration at Bank Street College, where she assisted in the formulation of a new accredited degree program for the college. |
