Douglas Weinstein
Douglas Weinstein is a retail-leasing broker with more than 15 years of industry experience. He specializes in representing tenants and landlords in the outer boroughs of NYC and Long Island. His retail clients have included Men’s Wearhouse, Quiznos Subs, Marshalls, Applebees, Payless Shoe Source and KFC/Taco Bell. On the ownership side, he had represented Emmes, Cord Meyer Development, JW Mays and Astoria Federal Savings on some of their disposition property. He currently represents the Fatburger chain on its expansion sites in the New York Area as well as Party City and Eastern Mountain Sports throughout Long Island and the boroughs.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing from George Washington University.
